RETURN POLICY
We process orders several hours after they have been placed in order to be able to correct errors and changes of mind from customers. After this period, if the order has been processed, unfortunately we will no longer be able to refund you before the product is delivered and returned to the provided address.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be sent back at your expense to the address we will provide you.
To process a return, we will verify that it is indeed your package using the order number or any information used when you placed the order.
Your return will be validated when we acknowledge receipt of the package at the address we provided to you.
As part of a refund request, an inspection of the package may be necessary. This inspection will take place before we proceed with the refund.
Once the package is received, the refund will only be processed after inspection (or not). Indeed, if after inspection we notice that the item has been worn, it will then be unsellable and we will therefore refuse the refund. In this case, we will inform you via a photo and/or video and the product will then be returned to you.
If your refund request is approved, the amount related to your order will then be automatically credited to the payment method used (credit card, Klarna, or PayPal) within a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, this timeframe does not depend on us but is generally quite short: a few days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). In any case, we will notify you as soon as the refund process is initiated on our side.
If the refund is late, first check your bank account. If the refund does not appear, then contact your bank. Indeed, a processing time is necessary before a refund is displayed.
Finally, after these two steps and if you still have not received your refund, please send us an email at contact@veste-chauffante. The customer service team will ask you if you have completed these two steps. If so, the customer service team will then check our database.
In the case of discounted items, the refund will be made on the price of the discounted item paid by the customer and not at the regular price.
We will only exchange the same item if it is defective or damaged. If this is your case, please send us an email at contact@veste-chauffante.com
For all returns, shipping costs will be your responsibility. These costs are therefore non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged item may vary. Indeed, as stated in our FAQ, our delivery times are about 12 days in Metropolitan France, but these may be extended to other destinations (DOM-TOM, Luxembourg, etc).
The refund period following a return from a destination other than Metropolitan France will also be extended because the delivery and therefore the receipt of your package will take longer.
If you want to return an item, consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment, insure the delivery, and will compensate you in case of loss or theft of the package. Indeed, we do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
We generally advise our customers to use the Mondial Relay service.

- Return ofa heated jacket : €4.90 (up to 1 kg)
You can drop off your item at the Mondial Relay point of your choice. We recommend dropping it off in the morning, at the opening of the relay point so that it can be shipped the same day.
